About the role
We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to take full ownership of a Landscaping Industry's back-end operations. You'll be the connective tissue of the business — keeping payroll, CRM, billing, compliance, and the team running smoothly without hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day and back-end operations including end-to-end payroll processing, CRM management (Service Autopilot or similar), accounts receivable and payable, vendor relationships, license renewals and permit compliance, timesheet and commission report audits, onboarding and offboarding, building in-house training programs, monitoring the onshore team's performance.
Requirements: direct US client or company experience required — ideally in home services, landscaping, real estate, or a related field, proactive by nature, strong communicator, highly organized with excellent attention to detail, available to work full-time in Eastern Time.
