About the role
SFP is a US-based CFO and accounting services firm. We're building our in-house recruiting function for our growing Philippines team, and we're looking for someone to own it end to end.
The Role:
Full-cycle recruiting for our PH accounting, bookkeeping, and operations roles. Sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers. You'll work directly with US-based hiring leaders.
Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, which is about 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine Time. This is a night shift and it's non-negotiable. Remote, anywhere in the Philippines.
What We Need:
4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in PH. Experience hiring accounting, bookkeeping, or back-office roles. Bonus if you've recruited for US-based companies. Familiar with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Kalibrr, JobStreet.
Growth: this person is expected to eventually build and lead SFP's in-house talent team.
