About the role
Zip N Bear is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Full-Time Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their growing e-commerce brand operations. THIS IS NOT FOR NON-VA OPERATION MANAGER EXPERIENCE.
Full Responsibilities: manage and oversee daily business operations, ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency, supervise team tasks, deadlines, and overall productivity, manage and optimize Shopify store operations, monitor inventory levels and fulfillment processes, coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners, handle operational issues and provide quick problem-solving solutions, assist in planning product launches and campaigns, track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, manage or oversee Meta, TikTok, and Google paid ad performance, and work closely with creatives, customer support, and marketing teams.
Qualifications: previous Operations Manager experience in e-commerce required, strong Shopify experience is REQUIRED, experience with Meta/TikTok paid ads preferred.
