WE’RE HIRING - Full-Stack React/Next.js Developer (AI Dashboard)
Remote – Philippines
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to help build an AI-powered operations dashboard for a growing healthcare company in California.
This is not a website project. You’ll develop features used every day by our scheduling, HR, recruiting, client service, and management teams.
What You’ll Do
Build and improve our React/Next.js dashboard
Develop AI-powered features using OpenAI, Claude, or similar APIs
Create clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
Improve existing workflows and suggest better solutions
Test your work before submitting
Requirements:
React / Next.js
TypeScript / JavaScript
Supabase or PostgreSQL
GitHub
Experience integrating AI APIs
Good English communication
Able to work independently
Bonus
Experience building dashboards, CRM, ERP, healthcare, HR, or scheduling systems
Strong UI/UX skills and product thinking
