About the role
Department: Engineering and Development. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and internal platforms, including websites, job boards, ATS, CRM, and scheduling applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop full-stack applications using Next.js, React, and Node.js. Build responsive and reusable interfaces using Tailwind CSS. Design and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems. Work with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development required. Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
Preferred: PostgreSQL/SQL, Progressive Web Apps, Jest and Playwright, Docker and Vercel, AI tools and workflow automation.
