About the role
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and optimize RESTful or GraphQL APIs with complex business logic.
Design database schemas, write advanced SQL queries, and manage migrations.
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, SQS, etc.).
Monitor production systems using Datadog and Sentry.
Use Claude Code daily for code generation, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
Collaborate with product teams to estimate work, define solutions, and participate in code reviews.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Must have 3+ years of full-stack development experience using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and React. IMPORTANT
Must have strong PostgreSQL experience, including joins, CTEs, window functions, indexing, and database design. IMPORTANT
Must have hands-on AWS production experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications. IMPORTANT
Must be proficient in Claude Code or similar AI coding tools as part of the daily development workflow. IMPORTANT
Must have strong Git experience, including branching, pull requests, rebasing, and merge conflict resolution.
Experience with Datadog and Sentry is preferred.
Experience with TypeScript, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, ECS/Fargate, Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation, SQS/RabbitMQ, and MCP integrations is a plus.
AWS Certification (Foundational or Technical) is highly preferred.
