About the role
BML Allgear Casa Group -- US Real Estate, Global Portfolio. Workflow & AI Automation, Full-time, PH.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain full-stack web apps for internal operations. Design and ship workflow automations across tools and systems. Integrate AI / LLM APIs into internal products and pipelines. Own code quality, deployment, and documentation.
Required Skills:
2-4 years in full-stack development. Strong with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, and modern frameworks. Hands-on with workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar). Experience integrating AI / LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI). Open to on-site collaboration early on (BGC, Taguig or Iloilo).
Nice to have (not required): experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, Anthropic SDK); real estate or fintech domain experience.
Full-time employment, not project-based. On-site collaboration preferred early on, easing to an as-needed basis as the team settles.
