WE’RE HIRING – FREIGHT ADMINISTRATIVE VA\nRemote | Work From Home\nFull-Time\nTransportation / Logistics / Freight\n\nWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented and reliable Freight Administrative Virtual Assistant with experience in freight, transportation, logistics, or freight documentation.\nThe ideal candidate can work independently, accurately manage freight documents, and keep company systems and records organized and up to date.\n\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview, identify, organize, and accurately label freight documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Rate Confirmations, invoices, and other load-related documents\nUpload and maintain documents in the correct systems, folders, and load records\nEnsure load information and records are complete, accurate, and updated on time\nVerify document types and information before saving or submitting\nFollow established naming conventions, filing procedures, and documentation processes\nIdentify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and address issues proactively\nPerform routine quality checks to maintain accurate records\nCommunicate promptly regarding missing documents, discrepancies, or issues requiring attention\nWork independently while following established processes and procedures\nPerform other administrative and logistics-related duties as assigned\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nPrevious experience in freight, trucking, transportation, logistics, or freight documentation is strongly preferred\nFamiliarity with BOLs, PODs, Rate Confirmations, and invoices\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organizational and document-management skills\nAbility to follow procedures consistently and retain training and instructions\nComfortable working independently with minimal supervision\nAble to recognize discrepancies and take initiative to resolve them\nStrong written communication skills\nComfortable using or learning transportation management systems, cloud-based platforms, Google Drive, and other business software\n\nIf you think this is you, click the link below to apply and be part of our team!\nApply: (Check How to Apply)
