About the role
We're looking for a reliable freelance lawyer in the Philippines to support our company's legal and compliance needs.
What you'll do: handle company registration & compliance, draft and review contracts and legal documents, provide legal guidance on business and labor matters, ensure compliance with Philippine laws, support other legal requirements as needed.
What we're looking for: licensed lawyer in the Philippines, experience in corporate/business law, strong attention to detail and clear communication, responsive, reliable, and professional, able to work remotely with reasonable turnaround time.
