About the role
We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer to build the entire platform end to end: backend, APIs, frontend, data, and AI. Full-Time, Remote. $6,000–$7,000/month.
What you'll do: design data pipelines that gather, clean, and combine property data from MLS feeds, public records, and third-party valuation APIs, integrate LLMs and AI tooling to power valuation and sales features, own the infrastructure (databases, hosting, deployment, monitoring), and partner closely with the founder.
What we're looking for: 5+ years shipping production software, true full-stack (strong backend and frontend, able to own an app solo), deep API experience and integrating data from multiple third-party sources, data engineering skills, hands-on with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) with RAG or agents a plus, modern frontend framework (React, Next.js, Vue), cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure), self-directed, comfortable English communication.
