About the role
WE’RE HIRING: FINANCE MANAGER
TIO International is looking for an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end finance function across our Australian and UK operations.
Position details:
🏠 Permanent work-from-home
💼 Full-time, 40 hours per week
📅 Start as soon as possible
What we’re looking for:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
✅ At least 5 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
✅ Experience managing financial operations across Australia and the UK
✅ Advanced experience using Xero
✅ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✅ CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred
✅ Experience with Spotlight Reporting, Stripe, GoCardless and Wise is highly regarded
