Position: Recruiter
Work Setup: 100% Remote (Philippines)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor
Schedule: U.S. Business Hours
What You'll Do
Source top candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels
Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to placement
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
Prepare candidate summaries and submissions
Keep ATS and recruiting systems updated
Support multiple open roles while maintaining speed and quality
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
At least 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job boards
Experience screening and qualifying candidates
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience using an ATS or recruiting platform
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
