About the role
Overview
We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based businesses in a long-term remote position.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Understanding of U.S. bookkeeping and accounting practices
Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and financial reporting
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong English communication skills
Self-motivated and dependable while working remotely
Bonus If You've Worked With
QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, Stripe, Dext, ZooBooks, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
