About the role
We're looking for experienced Bookkeepers who know how to keep financials clean, organized, and accurate — without constant supervision. Full-Time, Permanent Work From Home.
What We're Looking For: minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience supporting U.S.-based clients, strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and bookkeeping practices, experience managing AP, AR, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance & financial reporting, advanced Excel & Google Sheets skills.
Not for beginners.
Bonus tools: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Slack, Gusto, Stripe, Wise.
