This role is designed for a high-performing professional who can serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, coordinate leadership initiatives, and strengthen company culture.\nYou’ll play a key role in supporting executive operations, facilitating leadership and Board meetings, driving special projects, coordinating company-wide events, and helping DOXA stay aligned and connected in a remote-first environment.\n\nLocation: Colombia or Philippines – Remote.\nEnvironment: Colombian and International Teams.\nLanguage: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).\nTimezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST.\nContract: Non-fixed Term Contract.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Executive Assistance, Communications, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.\nExperience: 2 – 5 years of experience. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. Experience coordinating Board or Leadership Team meetings, managing strategic projects, and facilitating company initiatives. Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is required.\nSkills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, advanced calendar and email management, strong project coordination and organizational skills, experience with AI tools, meeting facilitation, content research, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.\nCharacteristics: Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, adaptable, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning. A strong sense of ownership, excellent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nConstantly Learning – You are an avid learner and consistent look to help us be better together.\nTrusted Confidant – You are a lockbox for sensitive information and can be trusted without hesitation.\nAnticipation & Ownership – You know what’s needed before it’s asked for and take initiative to make it happen.\nOrganizational Glue – You connect the dots between strategy, execution, and culture.\nFlawless Facilitation – EOS sessions run on time, with clarity, alignment, and actionable next steps.\nInnovation in Action – AI isn’t a buzzword — you help us apply it meaningfully across the business.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHigh Performer – A track record of excellence.\nValues-Driven Leader – You embody Curiosity First, Ownership Mentality, Relationships Matter, and Excellence Every Day.\nEOS Experience – Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, able to confidently facilitate leadership meetings.\nAI-Curious & Capable – Skilled in using AI tools, eager to experiment, and quick to integrate new solutions.\nBoard-Savvy Communicator – Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the professionalism and confidence to work directly with our board.\nOrganizational Ninja – Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track without dropping details.\nDiscreet & Trustworthy – Absolute commitment to confidentiality.\n\nResponsibilities:\nExecutive & Strategic Support\nManage and optimize my calendar, email, and priorities so we stay focused on the highest-impact work.\nSupport their social media presence and thought leadership efforts through content research, industry listening and early drafting using a customer GPT model.\nProvide outbound support to help book speaking engagements and respond to inquiries through their personal website.\n\nInitiatives & Leadership Projects\nServe as a primary liaison to our board members and shareholders by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely, high-quality communications.\nCoordinate both in-person and digital corporate planning sessions.\nDrive special projects as needed.\nAct as our EOS Administrator — prepare agendas, summarize decisions and action items, communicate reminders and more.\nBe an avid user of AI tools and explore new applications to improve efficiency, decision-making, and team effectiveness.\n\nCulture & Company Connection\nPlan and execute major company events, including but not necessarily limited to: Annual Kickoff, Mid-Year Town Hall, Quarterly State of the Company, Annual Digital Holiday Party, Two annual Connection Events\nExecute on client appreciation initiatives that digitally deliver learning and connection.\nManage the monthly CEO newsletter process plus other company communications.
