Overview
Are you passionate about e-commerce and experienced in managing online marketplace accounts? We're looking for a highly organized and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager (Temu) to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
Create, schedule, and manage promotional campaigns for the company's Temu account
Monitor and optimize promotions to maximize sales performance
Manage promotional budgets accurately and responsibly
Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations
Coordinate with internal teams to align promotional activities with business goals
Maintain organized reports and records using Microsoft Excel
Utilize AI tools such as Claude AI to improve workflow and productivity
Support day-to-day e-commerce account management activities
What We're Looking For
Experience managing Temu accounts is highly preferred
Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces
Experience with Amazon and/or eBay is a strong advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
Comfortable managing budgets and making informed business decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience using Claude AI or other AI productivity tools is a plus
