Role: Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist
Offer: Up to ₱75,000
Industry: Financial Services (Mortgage Lending)
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
What You'll Do:
Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Engage with Facebook groups and online communities to support loan officer recruitment
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
Create compelling marketing copy based on competitor research and campaign performance
Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
Help build marketing processes and support ongoing campaign strategies
Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging marketing assets

What We're Looking For:
At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
Strong experience with Meta Ads and social media management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent copywriting and campaign optimization skills
Experience analyzing competitors and improving marketing performance
Background in mortgage lending, financial services, or loan officer recruitment is a strong advantage
Strong written English communication skills
