About the role
We're hiring an experienced Digital Marketing & Brand Manager to lead marketing across three established Australian brands in security, facilities management, and martial arts. Reporting directly to the owner, you'll have end-to-end ownership of marketing and play a key role in a major franchise expansion across Australia and New Zealand.
This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who wants direct client access, autonomy, and real ownership of their work.
What You'll Do:
- Plan, research, and write social content across Facebook, Instagram, and X for three brands (3 posts per brand per week)
- Create and maintain weekly blog content for three websites, working directly with the client
- Own SEO across all three sites: keyword research, on-page, technical, and local SEO to hit page-one Google rankings and AI search visibility
- Build and maintain microsites off the main Security and FM brands
- Support the franchise rollout with paid ads and campaign execution, or coordinate with specialists when needed
- Write social content that reflects each brand personally and connects with the local community
- Report on rankings, traffic, and engagement
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, SEO, and content
- Hands-on WordPress skills, including building and maintaining microsites
- Strong SEO knowledge: rankings, technical fundamentals, AI search
- Some paid ads or campaign exposure (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Excellent written English, ideally with Australian market familiarity
- Sharp attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- A self-starter who can own the work and work directly with a client

Experience marketing service-based businesses, agency background, or familiarity with the AU market.
