We're looking for a reliable and experienced Dental VA to join our team. Specialty: Dentistry. EHR/EMR: AsproDental. Phone System: Ring Central.
Key Responsibilities
Front desk and phone support
Call handling and operator support
Reach out to unscheduled patients and assist in getting them scheduled again
Educate patients on dental procedures and treatments, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and other related services
Support patient communication and coordination throughout the scheduling process
Requirements
Previous Dental VA experience required
Strong verbal communication and phone skills
Comfortable speaking with patients and explaining dental-related information clearly and professionally
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident handling U.S. healthcare workflows
