About the role
We're looking for more Dental Insurance Verifiers (Voice) for a WFH team. Open to fresh graduates and no experience - willing to be trained and fast learner. Absolutely no selling involved. Calls and data entry work (B2B setup). Fixed weekends off. 8AM to 5PM MST work time. Paid holidays, 12 VL credits per year, 12 SL/EL credits per year (convertible to cash), payout every 15th and end of the month, 13th month pay, performance-based bonuses, permanent work-from-home setup, paid training. Dental knowledge would be great.
Requirements: Can commit full-time Monday to Friday, must not have any other jobs or full-time activities during workdays, must have fast and reliable internet (at least 20 MBPS) and stable power supply with backup, must own a laptop or desktop (minimum i5/Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM), must have a quiet workspace, must have a noise-canceling headset, must be knowledgeable in MS Office apps and PDF editors, very good English comms skills (oral and written), preferably from NCR or nearby provinces. Duties: Obtaining dental insurance status and/or benefits by calling insurance reps and accessing the insurance's online portal, monitoring the provider schedule for add-on patients and getting them verified prior to the appointment, entering insurance info into the CRM/database, communicating with the dental office staff to verify insurance information.
