About the role
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the entire demand generation funnel to drive qualified B2B leads and revenue.
Develop and execute B2B demand generation, paid media, SEO/SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels to improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Monitor marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
Improve lead quality by identifying funnel bottlenecks and implementing data-driven optimization strategies.
Manage marketing technology platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL), RankAI, RB2B, and other CRM/automation tools.
Collaborate with web vendors and internal marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Track key performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Should have senior-level Demand Generation/Growth Marketing experience from a corporate set-up or as a VA. IMPORTANT
Proven B2B performance marketing experience with demand generation. IMPORTANT
Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console. IMPORTANT
Strong analytical skills focused on qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue.
Should have experience developing and owning the full marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion.
Proficient in Google Ads, GoHighLevel (GHL), RankAI, RB2B (or similar), Google Tag Manager, CRM & marketing automation platforms, and CRO tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar).
Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar is highly preferred.
Candidates with backgrounds focused primarily on social media, content marketing, brand marketing, media buying only, or B2C e-commerce are not a fit.
