About the role
Experience: Entry-Level to Mid-Level. We're looking for a confident, personable Customer Success Representative with a natural American accent to join our growing team. You'll communicate directly with customers, build strong relationships, answer questions, address concerns, and help guide qualified prospects toward becoming customers.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and prospects through calls and messages. Build rapport and provide excellent customer service. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Handle questions and objections professionally. Follow up with prospects and help drive conversions. Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements:
Natural American accent -- required. Excellent English communication skills. Confident, charismatic, and personable. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
