About the role
Squirrel Space is a 501(c)(3) neurodiversity-centered nonprofit focused on advocacy, accessibility, and community connection for neurodivergent individuals and families. We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Customer Success & Outreach Assistant. Part-Time, approximately 10–15 hours per week, starting at $6 USD/hour with potential increase to $7 after formal evaluation.
Responsibilities: support inbound and outbound community outreach, assist with lead generation and prospect research, help maintain and organize HubSpot CRM/contact lists, follow up with inquiries, website contacts, and community members, research potential partners, businesses, and organizations, track engagement and outreach efforts, assist with scheduling and coordination support.
Qualifications: strong written and verbal English communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, experience with customer support, lead generation, or outreach preferred, familiarity with CRM systems or spreadsheets is a plus.
