About the role
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience (BPO experience preferred). Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience handling voice, chat, and email support. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Willing to work on-site in Pasay City. Willing to work the night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
