About the role
We need 3–4 Customer Service Representatives. 40 hours/week, permanent remote opportunity.
Responsibilities: build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct fraud screening and verification, process and manage customer orders accurately, respond promptly to customer emails, provide accurate product information and customer support, and handle inbound customer calls.
Requirements: strong communication skills (minimal accent preferred), at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, must have own equipment, with remote or work from home experience.
