A company based in California is growing fast and needs motivated team members for our Customer Service department. Experience is required, especially in both email and call handling. Sales and social media experience are a plus.

Good English communication skills
Flexible with PST hours
Reliable internet and power connection
Backup devices (UPS, power station, generator, backup laptop, and internet connection) are a must

Responsibilities
Assist customers on a blended set up via calls, emails, and social media with professionalism and empathy
