About the role
NOW HIRING: Customer Service Liaison (Remote | Full-Time | Independent Contractor)
Support a U.S.-based Plumbing & HVAC company in Colorado.
Pay: $5.50–$6.00/hour (starting rate, depending on experience)
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
HVAC and/or Plumbing industry experience is REQUIRED
Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
Experience with service scheduling, appointment setting, and dispatch coordination
Experience coordinating between customers and field technicians
Experience using ServiceTitan (or similar field service management software) is REQUIRED
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong multitasking, documentation, and customer service skills
Technical Requirements
• Windows 11 or the latest macOS
• Reliable computer
• Minimum 50 Mbps internet connection
• Backup internet (secondary ISP or wireless dongle required)
• Backup power (UPS or generator)
• Quiet work-from-home setup with a noise-canceling headset
