Requirements:
- At least 1 year of inbound/outbound customer service experience
- Excellent English communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work Australian business hours
- Work-from-home setup: PC/laptop, stable internet with backup, backup power source, quiet workspace, and headset with microphone
