About the role
Helping Hands Financials is hiring a Credit Disputer. Entry-Level, Remote. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM CST, includes a 1-hour paid lunch break. Full training will be provided — no prior experience required.
As a Credit Disputer you will: review and analyze credit reports, identify inaccurate or negative items, and submit disputes through proper channels.
Compensation: Entry-Level Disputer — $400/month during 90-day training period, $500/month after completion, performance-based annual reviews, and benefits begin after training period. Promotion Track — Success Manager: $700/month during training, $800/month after 90 days.
Benefits: quarterly performance bonuses ($250 per quarter after probation), 10 PTO days per year (after 90 days), paid U.S. holidays, and long-term career growth and mentorship.
Requirements: strong English communication skills, reliable high-speed internet, own laptop/PC, quiet professional home workspace (video calls required), self-motivated with great time management, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and long-term mindset.
