About the role
Create high-quality marketing content and ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, social media posts, and paid ad campaigns for NZ financial services (mortgage, insurance, financial advice).
Tasks include: Creating Facebook and Instagram ad creatives. Designing carousel posts for lead generation. Creating social media graphics and sample posts. Creating short-form video ad concepts. Editing simple short videos or reels. Creating UGC-style content ideas and scripts. Designing photo, graphic, and video ad concepts. Writing simple hooks, captions, and CTA ideas. Creating multiple creative variations for testing.
Requirements: Experience in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools. Graphic design skills. Carousel ads experience. Short-form video content creation. Lead generation creatives experience. Experience with finance, mortgage, insurance, real estate, or professional services marketing is a strong advantage.
