About the role
Looking for an experienced Cost Estimator with strong background in Australian residential and commercial construction. Must be proficient in Buildxact (required). Responsibilities: prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions, complete quantity takeoffs, create and manage estimates in Buildxact, assist with project budgeting and variations. Must have experience with Australian construction estimating, Xero-level knowledge of BOQ/BOM, and ability to read architectural/engineering drawings. Full-time (6 AM–3 PM PH) or part-time (6–10 AM PH) to be discussed. Send CV, portfolio, and summary of AU estimating experience. Subject: "Cost Estimator_Name".
