About the role
Overview
The Reddit Marketing Agency is looking for full-time Content Writers who understand Reddit culture and know how real conversations happen on the platform. This is not a traditional content writing role - you will create posts and comments for real Reddit communities across topics including health, beauty, technology, software, parenting, sleep, consumer products, and ecommerce.
What You Will Do
Write Reddit posts that encourage discussion and engagement
Write comments that feel natural and match the tone of each community
Research subreddits and understand community rules and expectations
Track conversations and identify opportunities for brands to participate naturally
Work with the team to improve content performance over time
Requirements
You are an active Reddit user
You understand Reddit culture, humour, etiquette, and community norms
You are an excellent English writer
You can adapt your writing style to different communities and audiences
You pay attention to detail and can follow instructions carefully
Previous experience with content writing, community management, social media, or Reddit is preferred but not required
