About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Content & Marketing VA to support a growing real estate investment business focused on commercial, industrial, shophouses, and residential properties in Singapore.
Schedule: 16 hours per week. Rate: $4.50 per hour (starting).
Responsibilities: Create and manage content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and email marketing (EDMs), produce posts, articles, video scripts, and short-form content, maintain content calendar and assist in campaign execution, publish and monitor content performance, support marketing and advertising initiatives. Requirements: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), ability to create and edit content (basic video editing is a plus), self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, prior experience or strong understanding of Singapore real estate market is required.
