About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video and social media content
- Design graphics, lead magnets, and marketing assets
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple content formats
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of content creation experience with a portfolio
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus (finance, insurance, healthcare, or legal)
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in video editing using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content
- Familiar with HubSpot, Metricool, and social media scheduling tools
- Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication skills
- Self-driven with the ability to manage projects independently
