About the role
PH Applicants only. We're looking for a highly organized Construction Operations & Estimating Associate to support U.S. construction projects from estimating to project coordination. 100% Remote | Philippines. US Graveyard Shift | Full-Time.
What You'll Do:
Assist with U.S. construction estimating & takeoffs. Review insurance damage claims using Xactimate. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. Manage scopes of work, change orders, and bid deadlines. Maintain construction CRM, project management, and estimating systems.
What We're Looking For:
U.S. construction estimating/takeoff experience. Strong knowledge of construction plans and specifications. Experience with Xactimate and construction software is a plus. Background in construction operations, project management, estimating, or field supervision.
