About the role

Responsibilities:

Perform painting takeoffs and quantity measurements from project plans, estimate painting scopes for walls, ceilings, doors, and exterior metals, and prepare bids for a U.S.-based commercial and public-works painting contractor.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of construction estimating experience with at least 1 year in U.S. construction; prior painting estimating experience; PlanSwift and Excel proficiency required. Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time.
