Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection and recovery targets.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in CRM systems, collection software, and Microsoft Office.
Remote Position
