About the role
Australian Credit Savers is looking for a motivated and professional Collections Agent to join our growing team.
Position Details: Day Shift. Training: 4 days unpaid training (required before commencement). Commission eligible after successfully completing the 3-month evaluation period. Growth opportunities available within the company. Female candidates preferred.
Responsibilities: Contact clients regarding outstanding payments and account updates. Maintain professional and empathetic communication with clients. Assist clients with payment arrangements and account concerns. Keep accurate records and update client information. Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements: Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Confident and professional phone manner. Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations professionally. Willingness to learn and work towards performance targets. Previous collections, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
