About the role
We're looking for experienced cold callers to generate leads and set appointments for home improvement services (roofing, solar, HVAC, remodeling, etc.).
What You'll Do: make outbound calls to homeowners, generate interest and qualify leads, set appointments for the sales team, and handle objections confidently.
Requirements: cold calling / outbound sales experience (non-negotiable), background in home improvement or related field, strong English communication skills, goal-driven and reliable.
