Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding remote career? Join our Memory Care team and help support patients with Alzheimer's disease and other memory-related conditions by ensuring they receive the care and follow-up they need.
š What You'll Do
ā Follow up with patients after treatment and check on their progress.
ā Review medical records to make sure everything needed for patient care is complete.
ā Contact doctors' offices by phone, email, or fax to request missing medical documents or test results.
ā Monitor patients and promptly report any side effects or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team.
ā Respond to urgent patient-related emails.
ā Call patients to remind them about important follow-ups and help them stay on track with their treatment.
ā Keep patient information accurate and up to date while meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For
Required:
Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience supporting infusion therapy or working in an infusion clinic is required.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable reviewing medical records and coordinating with healthcare providers.
Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience with specialty medications or high-risk infusion therapies.
Experience supporting patients receiving Alzheimer's treatments (such as Leqembi or Kisunla) is a strong advantage, but not required.
