We're Hiring: Clinical Associate (Remote)
Salary: PHP 35,000/month
Employment Status: Full-Time
Probationary Period: 3 Months
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hawaii Time)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Associate to support our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, able to work independently, and experienced in medical administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing medical faxes
Process DME and incontinence supply orders
Coordinate referrals to specialists and home health agencies
Upload and organize patient documents in the EMR
Perform other clinical administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or candidates with a nursing background preferred but not required
Experience in medical administration, referrals, DME processing, or healthcare documentation is an advantage
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Must have a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and own work equipment
Able to work during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Hawaii Time
