About the role
We are looking for a Client Systems Architect who can bridge business needs with AI-powered solutions.
What You'll Do: Consult with clients and map out workflows & decision logic. Build and refine AI prompts using GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. Translate business pain points into smart AI solutions. Maintain strong client relationships and improve system performance through feedback. Create clear Logic Blueprints and explain AI behavior in simple terms.
What We're Looking For: Strong communication & relationship-building skills. Experience working with AI tools / prompt engineering. Tech-savvy with logical thinking (If-This-Then-That mindset). BPO Operations Manager background is a huge plus. Confident, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
