About the role
Are you a people leader who knows how to keep clients happy, teams accountable, and operations running smoothly? We're looking for an experienced Client Success / Virtual Manager to be the bridge between our clients and Virtual Assistants.
What You'll Do:
Manage and monitor VA performance, productivity & KPIs. Build strong relationships with clients and VAs. Conduct client check-ins and address concerns promptly. Coach VAs and implement performance improvements. Handle client concerns and escalations. Support client satisfaction, retention & offboarding.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Management, Client Success, Account Management, or Operations. Experience managing remote teams or Virtual Assistants. Strong communication, leadership & conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
