About the role
Serve as a trusted advisor, build long-term client relationships, and conduct regular check-in meetings. Guide new clients through implementation, kickoff activities, workflows, and system training. Collect, organize, and validate incoming statements and reports, proactively catching data discrepancies. Own client support issues from the initial report through to successful resolution or internal escalation. Reconcile processed data against source documents and generate accurate deliverables under tight deadlines.
