About the role
We are looking for an experienced Client Intake Specialist to join our growing law firm specializing in Probate and Estate Planning in Central Texas.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective clients. Conduct thorough client intake. Proactively follow up with leads and prospective clients. Schedule and reschedule consultations. Maintain accurate and complete client records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Client Intake Specialist, Legal Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or similar role. Experience working in a U.S. law firm, preferably in Probate, Estate Planning. Knowledge of MyCase and Lawmatics is highly preferred.
Compensation:
A performance assessment will be conducted after the probationary period for a potential rate increase, plus a bonus structure based on qualified leads scheduled who show up for consultations.
