About the role
At Ziella, we scale direct-to-consumer brands through high-velocity operations. We're looking for a Chief of Staff who can own and run the weekly accountability cadence across our global team, personally audit slow workflows and write airtight scalable SOPs in Notion/ClickUp, have direct difficult conversations to force deadlines without making it personal, and move at intense startup velocity while ensuring founders are never the bottleneck.
Note: This role does NOT involve growth strategy, media buying, or executive assistant work (calendar/inbox/travel). You own tactical execution, process documentation, and holding the line on deadlines.
Compensation: $8,000–$12,000 USD/month.
