About the role
We are seeking an experienced Case Support Specialist (CSS) to join our growing team supporting a U.S.-based personal injury law firm. This is a full-time remote position. This position is not an entry-level role; only candidates with previous Personal Injury Law experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case. Open and manage Bodily Injury (BI) and MedPay claims with insurance carriers. Draft and send Letters of Representation (LORs). Request, organize, and maintain police reports, medical records, bills, and other case documents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a U.S. Personal Injury Law Firm. Strong English communication skills. Reliable internet connection (minimum 20-30 Mbps).
