About the role
A US-based freight brokerage is looking for an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join their remote team. Open to Philippines-based applicants only. This is not an entry-level position.
Responsibilities: build and maintain relationships with carrier partners, negotiate freight rates and capacity commitments, source capacity on load boards (DAT, Truckstop), match available carrier capacity to shipper freight needs, and consistently grow the carrier network to support business operations.

What We're Looking For: experience in US logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, or operations, strong understanding of how a load moves (BOL, detention, TONU, etc.), familiarity with TMS and load boards (DAT, Truckstop), high attention to detail, ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks without losing accuracy, strong written and verbal English (daily communication with US teams), organized, process-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.
