About the role
Please read the job description carefully before applying. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Caregiver Scheduler to join our team and support our home healthcare client. Important: candidates must have previous caregiver scheduling experience to be considered. This is a NON-MEDICAL position focused on scheduling, coordination, communication, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain daily caregiver schedules and assignments. Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and client needs. Handle caregiver call-outs, absences, late arrivals, and last-minute scheduling changes. Find appropriate caregiver replacements when coverage issues arise. Update scheduling systems and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications:
Must have previous caregiver scheduling experience to be considered. Previous experience working with a home care agency or home healthcare company is strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Schedule:
Full-time | Remote. Training will be conducted during US working hours; regular schedule will be during US after-hours / Philippine daytime hours once training is complete. Weekend or holiday work may be required.
