HIRING: Candidate Sourcer / Talent Researcher (AU Client)

We are a growing boutique executive search and recruitment firm in Australia looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Candidate Sourcer / Talent Researcher to join our team!
WORK SETUP & HOURS
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM AEST (AU Hours)
Location: 100% Home-Based / Remote
Role Type: Full-time
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Non-Sales Role)
Search & Map: Conduct targeted candidate searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and JobAdder.
Headhunt: Identify passive candidates and map target companies for Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive roles.
Pipeline: Build, update, and manage candidate longlists/shortlists for our AU recruitment consultants.
Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and records within JobAdder (ATS/CRM).
Research: Discover candidate contact details, track market trends, and research emerging talent pools.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience: Proven track record in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or executive search.
Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and JobAdder (or similar ATS/CRM).
Skills: Excellent online research/headhunting skills, high attention to detail, and top-tier written English.
Domain Knowledge: Niche sourcing experience in Accounting & Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Executive Search is highly regarded.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, curious, self-motivated, and capable of working independently alongside a supportive remote team.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Reliable high-speed internet (plus a backup connection preferred)
Modern PC/Laptop (Dual monitors preferred)
Quiet home office setup with a clear webcam & headset for daily team check-ins
